All six trim levels of the Toyota RAV4 come standard with a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine that pumps out an incredible 203 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque which pairs with an eight-speed automatic transmission and then sends power to the front wheels though all-wheel-drive is an available option. On the Adventure and the TRD Off-Road models, all-wheel-drive comes standard. Towing for the RAV4 is solid as it can pull up to 3,500 pounds with the TRD Off-Road and Adventure models, while the rest of the trim levels haul up to 1,500 pounds.

As we previously stated, there are six trim levels available for the 2022 Toyota RAV4, and each comes with a massive amount of available features. On the base trim LE you get features such as  17-inch steel wheels, LED headlights/daytime running lights/taillights, roof rails, single-zone climate control, cloth upholstery, four cup holders, and four bottle holders. A ton of tech is available throughout the RAV4's trim lineup. The LE comes standard with a 7-inch touchscreen, Apple CarPlay/Android Auto smartphone integration, Amazon Alexa compatibility, satellite radio, USB port, Bluetooth, and advanced voice recognition. Next is the XLE trim, which gets in on the fun with 17-inch alloy wheels, LED fog lights, keyless entry/ignition, dual-zone automatic climate control, and illuminated vanity mirrors in the front shades. There are more premium features on the aptly named XLE Premium. It has 19-inch alloy wheels, a powered moonroof, leather-wrapped steering wheel, simulated leather upholstery, and an 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat, and a height-adjustable powered tailgate. Get more adventurous with the Adventure trim, which doubles down on the premium features with a digital driver information display, 120-volt outlet, panoramic backup camera, and an 8-inch infotainment touchscreen. Continuing with the premium features is the Limited, as it has puddle lights, heated front seats,  digital rearview mirror, garage door opener, ambient blue cabin lighting, front/rear parking sensors with automatic emergency braking, Wi-Fi, and navigation. Are you looking to go off-road? Then you're going to want the TRD Off-Road trim, which rounds things out with premium off-road features such as an off-road-focused suspension, plus 18-inch alloy wheels wearing all-terrain tires, heated side mirrors, and a front skid plate.

Toyota has always made driver's and passenger's safety a top priority, so there are several standard safety systems available. On the LE trim, you can get a Forward Collision Warning system with automatic emergency braking that will detect a potential frontal collision and even apply the brakes if you fail to do so. Also standard are automatic high beams which automatically become brighter or dim depending on if there is an oncoming car. Finally, the Adaptive Cruise Control system will allow the driver to maintain a pre-set distance between the RAV4 and the vehicle in front of it. You will always be safe in the Toyota RAV4!
