What powers the Toyota Sequoia?

There is only one engine available for the Sequoia, but it's one of the most powerful engines on the market. When you lift the hood, you'll be treated to a 5.7-liter V8 that pumps out a delectable 381 horsepower and 410 lb-ft of torque and pairs with a six-speed automatic transmission. While the SR5, TRD Sport, Limited, and Nightshade all come with rear-wheel-drive as standard, four-wheel-drive is an available option for those who want a little more traction for those bad weather days. Meanwhile, the TRD Pro and Platinum both come standard with four-wheel-drive.

What are the standard features for the Sequoia?

With the 2022 Toyota Sequoia, you get several advanced features even on the base trim level. We start with the TRD Sport, which comes standard with several advanced features such as an off-road specialist suspension with Bilstein shock absorbers, plus black-finished 20-inch alloy wheels. On the Limited trim, you get more tech items such as a 14-speaker JBL audio system, memory settings for the driver's seat and side mirrors, plus a Blu-ray rear-seat entertainment system. Then there is the TRD Pro has more off-raod oriented features such as Fox shock absorbers. All-wheel-drive also comes standard starting at this trim level.
